Where is my order?
You should have received a confirmation email and then an email a 3-4 days after with tracking information. Within this email, you should have access to tracking information and the location on your package.
What currency does your store use?
Depending on your location our store can take payments in many currencies. Including USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, EUR, and GBP. Our store has its currency set to USD. We can ship and deliver packages to any country worldwide.
I have entered an incorrect address!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly. Then simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours.
Something is missing from the order
While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at email@example.com and we can get this sorted for you.
Something is damaged in my order
Sometimes packages may arrive with damaged contents. Typically through the postal system not handling packages with care. If this happens, please just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get this sorted for you. We will require a photo of the contents for verification purposes.
How do I cancel my order?
If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order. Then we can process a cancellation within 12 hours of the order being placed. Please reach out to us at email@example.com and provided it’s within 12 hours and the order hasn’t shipped. Then we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.
How long does shipping take?
We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ship from the same warehouse. It may take anywhere from 5 – 25 business days on average. This is also dependent on the customs and import process in your country. It’s usually a smooth process so there isn’t anything to worry about. There shouldn’t be any import fees from your end. Below are the most typical time frames for your region.
USA: Between 2-10 business days average for most orders
Canada: Between 12- 25 business days average for most orders
Europe: Between 12- 25 business days average for most orders
Australia: Between 12- 25 business days average for most orders
All Others: Between 20– 40 business days average for most orders
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving it.
Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under the below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit.
